JBM is the music of Jesse Marchant.
His first record 'not even in July' was recorded in Henry Hirsch's church studio,
Waterfront Studio, in Hudson, NY, and will be released on Partisan Records,
July 27th 2010. It was produced and mixed by JBM and Henry Hirsch.
Jesse was born in Montreal, Canada and has spent most of his adult life living
in New York City and Los Angeles. While living in Los Angeles, JBM contributed
music to the film 'Lovers in a Dangerous Time'.
In recent months JBM has opened for Elvis Perkins in Dearland, St-Vincent,
The Tallest Man on Earth, Local Natives, etc., and has been on national tours,
opening for Sondre Lerche and Rogue Wave.
JBM is currently based in Brooklyn, NY and in Lake Clear, NY.
